Important Forms
During the first week of school, students will bring home many forms that need to be completed by families. Please complete and return these forms as soon as possible. Please pay particular attention to the Student Emergency Contact Form. Review, update the contact information provided including emergency contacts, and sign and return the form. Students will NOT be dismissed to individuals not listed on the contact form. Please note, by listing a person on the contact form (including father and mother), you are giving permission for that person to dismiss your child unless otherwise noted. Please notify the school office of any current protective orders (209As). Thank you for your anticipated cooperation!
